CoMedia Corporation (Pink Sheets:CMTN) announces that the news service College Sporting News, Inc. has partnered with its American Football Alumni subsidiary to provide content and consulting services. CSN will supply American Football Alumnis American Football Alumni Network with the latest news and original content to be used throughout their AFAN enterprise. CSN provides news services covering over 135 collegiate institutions and is an application service provider for the web sites of over 30 separate sports organizations.

Currently CSN syndicates its content across the country to colleges, universities, conferences and various media outlets in the arena of newspapers, magazines, radio, and television including College Sports Television (CSTV). Under the agreement the AFA will provide printing and distribution of the college football yearbooks produced by CSN that will include expansion of the titles offered in the spring and summer of 2008.
