Allison+Partners Promotes Three Within U.S. Corporate Practice

Allison+Partners today announced the promotion of three senior members of the agency’s U.S. Corporate practice. Jill Feldman has been elevated from executive vice president to managing director, Corporate, U.S. Joining her in an increased leadership role are Hadas Streit and David Baum, who have been promoted to executive vice president. Each has increased responsibility and oversight of business development and day-to-day operations in the agency’s largest market. All will report to Tom Smith, president, Corporate, North America.

“We continually strive to build a high performing team that requires we recruit, retain and recognize individuals for their leadership and contributions,” said Matthew Della Croce, global president of Corporate and Europe. “Jill, Hadas and David are essential to our team and consistently work to develop new strategies and exceed clients' expectations, while also growing our business."

Feldman has broad experience leading strategic communication functions for high-profile organizations and is highly effective at building strategic plans and directing program execution for clients. She creates thought leadership and executive visibility programs for Fortune 500 executives in a diverse range of industries, including professional services, technology, and real estate. Her promotion reflects the numerous contributions she has made in her more than five years with the agency, during which time the Corporate practice grew by 150%, making it the top driver of growth domestically. Additionally, Feldman co-founded the agency’s Women’s Leadership Program, a global career development program focused on leadership development topics and activities to enable staffers to reach their full potential.

Streit has been with Allison+Partners for nearly a decade, supporting many top Corporate clients such as Adecco North America, Denny’s and RELX. She also launched the agency’s Workplace offering in 2017, which is focused on helping companies bolster their employer brands and retain and recruit talent in a tight job market. She has a wide range of strategic communications experience, primarily focusing on employee engagement, workplace diversity, corporate reputation, executive visibility and thought leadership.

Serving as a valued strategic advisor to CEO’s, entrepreneurs and founders, Baum developed and launched Allison+Partners’ Start-Up Lifecycle program, which provides advisory services for business leaders as they scale their organizations. David’s work has spanned public affairs, crisis communications, website development and thought leadership, while managing integrated global campaigns for clients including CyrusOne, ThoughtWorks and many more, as well as playing a senior role with corporate’s B2B technology clients.
