Cascade to Enter into Renewable Energy Sectors

Cascade Technologies Corp. (OTCBB: CSDT), is pleased to announce that the Company has determined that it will pursue opportunities in renewable energy, more particularly in solar, wind and geothermal projects.

The Company recently made changes to its senior management and its Board of Directors and has determined to pursue opportunities in the renewable energy sector. New management has several projects currently under review and negotiation.

The Company expects to announce its initial project before the end of the next filing quarter, May 31, 2009.
