Item 12. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 13, 2003, Atmos Energy Corporation (the “Company”) announced in a news release its financial results for the fiscal 2003 third quarter and nine month period ended June 30, 2003 and that its officers will discuss such financial results on August 14, 2003 at 7:00 a.m. CDT. In the release, the Company also announced that the presentation would be webcast live and that slides for the broadcast would also be available on its website. A copy of the news release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety into this Item 12.
