(f) Citizenship: Canada ITEM 3. SOURCE AND AMOUNT OF FUNDS OR OTHER CONSIDERATION Shares were issued in consideration of services rendered and the agreement to serve as a director. ITEM 4. PURPOSE OF TRANSACTION The Reporting Person acquired the securities in order to have a larger vested interest in the company for which reporting person is serving as a director.
