Item 5.03. Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or By-laws; Change in Fiscal Year.

 

NCI Building Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) currently follows an accounting calendar that incorporates a four-four-five week calendar each quarter with year end on the Saturday closest to October 31. On December 22, 2005, the Company changed its fiscal-year end, effective for fiscal 2006, from the Saturday closest to October 31 to the Sunday closest to October 31, with each fiscal quarter within the year ending on a Sunday.
