On June 29, 2011, Renasant Corporation (“Renasant”) issued a press release announcing that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Renasant Bank, has entered into a definitive purchase agreement to acquire the Birmingham, Alabama-based trust department of RBC Bank (USA).
A copy of the press release announcing this transaction is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and incorporated by reference herein.
