The proposals set forth below were submitted to the stockholders at the 2018 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the Annual Meeting) of Global Blood Therapeutics, Inc. (the Company) held on June 20, 2018, with each such proposal described in the Companys definitive proxy statement for the Annual Meeting filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 26, 2018 (the Proxy Statement).
The number of shares of common stock entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting was 51,823,693. The number of shares of common stock present or represented by valid proxy at the Annual Meeting was 47,937,648. The number of votes cast for and against and the number of abstentions and broker non-votes with respect to each proposal voted upon are set forth below.
Proposal 1 Election of Directors
The Companys stockholders elected the Class III director nominees below to the Companys Board of Directors to hold office until the 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders or until their successors are duly elected and qualified.
