Banco Bradesco S.A. (“Company”) informs the market, its shareholders, clients and employees that the Brazilian Central Bank has approved the acquisition of 100% of the capital equity of HSBC Bank Brasil S.A. - Banco Múltiplo and HSBC Serviços e Participações Ltda. by the Company.
The completion of the transaction is still subject to the approval of other competent regulatory bodies and to the compliance with legal formalities.
