In compliance with the disclosure requirements of the Philippine Stock Exchange, we advise that during the meeting of the Board of Directors of our Company on May 9, 2006, a total cash dividend of P12,420,000.00 was declared, out of the unrestricted retained earnings of the Company as of December 31, 2005, on all of the outstanding shares of the Company’s Series IV Cumulative Non-Convertible Redeemable Preferred Stock, for the quarter ending June 15, 2006, payable on June 15, 2006 to the holder of record on May 26, 2006.
