Item 8.01 Other Events.
On April 14, 2005, Marine Products Corporation issued a press release titled,
"Marine Products Corporation to Announce First Quarter 2005 Financial Results
and Host a Conference Call on April 27, 2005," that announced the date that
Marine Products Corporation will release its first quarter 2005 financial
results. This release also provided the conference call information that will
discuss these results.
