On January 16, 2008, SAP AG, a stock corporation organized under the laws of the Federal Republic
of Germany (SAP), held a global press briefing announcing next steps in its successful
acquisition of Business Objects S.A., a société anonyme organized under the laws of the Republic of
France. A transcript and presentation slides of the global press briefing are attached hereto as
Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, and incorporated by reference herein.
