Item 5. Other Events and Required FD Disclosure.
On March 31, 2003, the Company issued a press release announcing that Matthew Linnik, Ph.D., the Company’s Chief Scientific Officer and Executive Vice President of Research, would present at the Biomarkers for the Assessment of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Conference on March 31, 2003.
