“We recognize that we are not a large distillery, and our barrels are limited,” Matt continues, “Each release is barrel-specific, with every bottle individually numbered, because who doesn’t like a little scarcity in anything? We have some unique finishes in progress. Soon to be released is our Rum X Tequila, a rum finished for 9 months in a tequila barrel, and our Rye Not Rum, a rum finished for 8 months in a rye whiskey barrel. These are all amazing products that we can't wait to share.”
