Twin Cities, Duluth hospitals reach agreements with nurse's union, avoiding planned strike

Twin Cities and Duluth hospitals have reached tentative agreements with the Minnesota Nurses Association after facing a planned strike that would have seen up to 15,000 nurses walk off the job.
