On November 1, 2018, RealPage, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting its financial results for its fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2018. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.

On November 1, 2018, the Company issued a press release announcing that its board of directors had authorized a stock repurchase program, under which the Company may purchase up to $100 million of its outstanding shares of common stock through October 25, 2019.
