CONTENTS
On March 19, 2013, Alvarion Ltd.’s (“Alvarion” or the “Company”) Board of Directors appointed Mr. Avi Stern as the Company’s chief financial officer.
Mr. Stern had been serving as interim chief financial officer of Alvarion since January 1, 2013, after that office had been vacated.
