On December 12, 2013, Mindspeed Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it had filed a Form 12b-25 Notification of Late Filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission related to the delayed filing of its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended September 27, 2013.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
