On January 25, 2018, LSI Industries Inc. ("LSI" or the "Company") issued a press release announcing operating results for the fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2017. A copy of the press release is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
