Donaldson Company is in the process of communicating to its employees the Companys long-term strategy that sets out the goals of increasing its sales in five yearsto $3 billion in fiscal year 2011 and growing its sales in 10 yearsto $5 billion in fiscal year 2016. These goals are consistent with the Companys long-term objective of growing sales between 10-12% per year while maintaining consistent earnings growth.
