Unique features and responsive design take the guesswork out of your run

The BowFlex T9 and new Horizon 7.0AT treadmill feature innovative speed and incline dials that make transitions a breeze. Proprietary Rapid Sync™ Technology and QuickDial™ controls respond faster to changes in speed and incline, mimicking the natural feel of running – whether you’re tackling a HIIT workout or following along with your favorite streaming fitness class.

The BowFlex T9’s FlexZone XL Deck gives runners 22” x 60” of running space, while Horizon’s 2024 upgrade of the 7.0AT – the latest high-performance treadmill in the brand’s Studio series – includes a 20” x 60” running area. Additionally, both treadmills offer:

  • Reinforced, three-zone variable cushioning for a smooth and comfortable experience
  • 0 to 15% motorized incline and speed options ranging from .5 to 12 mph
  • A high-contrast LCD screen that displays key workout metrics
  • Bluetooth connectivity and multiple tablet holders: bring a phone or tablet and stream your preferred fitness classes or entertainment options.

“We’ve packed these new treadmills with intuitive features and a functional design that minimizes distractions, so you can focus on what’s most important: your workout,” said Clint Myers, VP of product development at Johnson Health Tech. “Paired with the flexibility to personalize each workout with a multitude of fitness apps and experiences, these products are built around you and what motivates you to move.”

Sync and track your progress instantly with popular fitness apps

The BowFlex T9 and Horizon 7.0AT’s expansive fitness app compatibility makes accessing entertainment, on-demand coaching, and enhanced metrics tracking easier than ever before.

Utilizing Apple GymKit technology, Apple Watch users can track their workouts simply by tapping their Apple Watch to connect to the treadmills. Once connected, fitness data like heart rate, active and total calories, speed, distance, pace, and incline will sync, resulting in the most accurate measurements possible. During a workout, Apple Watch users will see the metrics on the treadmill match what they see on their wrist. They can also view those details in the Fitness app on iPhone following their workout.

“Our data shows that 80% of the fitness market owns and uses a fitness tracker today,” said Myers. “Offering a seamless way for runners, joggers, and walkers to leverage the wearables they already own to improve their cardio experience and the accuracy of the metrics they rely on to track their progress is just one of the reasons why these new treadmills are a must-have for home gyms.”*

Additionally, the T9 and 7.0AT offer a variety of other options to keep users connected:

  • Samsung watch users can seamlessly sync their metrics to the Samsung Health app through an embedded NFC chip.
  • With Bluetooth FTMS, users can access and transmit live metrics to popular fitness apps, including JRNY, Peloton App+, and Zwift, when paired with their mobile device or tablet.**
  • Users can also connect multiple devices, stream their own media through the treadmills’ integrated speakers, and stay connected with an embedded rapid-charge USB port.

New JRNY members can get a two-month free trial membership with the purchase of a BowFlex T9 treadmill, offering access to hundreds of trainer-led cardio classes and stunning Explore the World routes.*** With each session, JRNY recommends a unique selection of workout options tailored to your individual progress and potential, based on your usage and goals.
