Kristina has worked at HSBC, Hilti and Swiss Re, in a career spanning over 20 years as an HR business partner and advisor. Most recently, she was the Senior Global HR Partner at a large software group based in Switzerland. Kristina has overseen the overall employee life cycle from talent attraction to offboarding and driven coaching and leadership development initiatives.
She is experienced in setting up business-focused global HR processes and initiatives and has played an active role in leading cultural and structural transformations. She is a passionate advocate of inclusive workplace culture, supportive & value-oriented leadership, strength-focused talent development and transparent communication. Kristina holds a Master's in HR Management from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences.
