ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS
On October 18, 2007, ISG issued a press release with respect to: (1) ISGs filing of a definitive proxy statement in connection with its proposed acquisition of TPI Advisory Services Americas, Inc., a Texas corporation (TPI); and (2) ISGs Board of Directors scheduling a special meeting of the stockholders for November 13, 2007 to vote on the proposed acquisition of TPI and related matters. The press release described above is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
