On November 12, 2018, BSQUARE Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release and hosted a management conference call announcing its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2018 and certain other information. A copy of the press release and a transcript of the conference call are attached as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively, to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by this reference.
