On September 9, 2010, Cardium Therapeutics, Inc. (“Cardium”) issued a press release announcing a presentation at the Rodman & Renshaw 12th Annual Healthcare Investment Conference. On September 9, 2010, Cardium issued a press release announcing the addition of a new weight management product Appexium™, to the Company’s MedPodium™ product line. On September 20, 2010, Cardium issued a press release announcing a presentation at 10th Annual Biotech in Europe Investor Forum, Zurich.
