Independent Pet Partners Holdings, a Twin Cities-based holder of pet-supply store chains whose portfolio include Chuck & Don's in Minnesota, has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection with a plan to sell dozens of stores — including nearly all Chuck & Don's locations — and close the rest.
