SL Green Merger To 11:30 a.m., December 7 |
(UNIONDALE, NEW YORK, December 6, 2006) Reckson Associates Realty Corp. (NYSE: RA) today announced that it will adjourn its Special Meeting of Shareholders for consideration of SL Greens pending Merger Agreement to 11:30 a.m. on December 7, 2006 at the NY Hilton and Towers, 1335 Avenue of the Americas, New York, New York, 10019.
