Representatives of BancorpSouth, Inc. (the “Company”) will be conducting investor meetings during September 2017. As a supplement for these meetings, the Company has prepared a presentation that contains certain updated financial information and other relevant information related to the Company’s pending acquisitions of Ouachita Bancshares Corp. and Central Community Corporation.
