Departure of Directors or Certain Officers
On November 25, 2014, in anticipation of his inauguration as Lieutenant Governor of the state of Alaska, Byron I. Mallott voluntarily resigned from the boards of directors of Alaska Air Group, Inc. (the “Company”) and its subsidiaries Alaska Airlines, Inc. and Horizon Air Industries, Inc., effective November 30, 2014. Mr. Mallott will relinquish seats on the Governance & Nominating Committee and the Safety Committee of the Company’s board of directors.
