Item 8.01 – Other Events
FutureFuel Corp. (the “Company”) has declared a special cash dividend of U.S. $0.20 per share on the Company’s common stock, with a record date of June 8, 2010 and a payment date of June 30, 2010. For purposes of the record date, those holders of the Company’s warrants or options who properly exercise their warrants or options on or before June 8, 2010 will be considered holders of record on such date, whether or not new stock certificates have been issued to such holders by that date.
