DEPARTURE OF DIRECTORS OR PRINCIPAL OFFICERS; ELECTION OF DIRECTORS; APPOINTMENT OF PRINCIPAL OFFICERS |
On July 28, 2010, the registrant announced the retirement of its Chief Executive Officer, Joseph V. Taranto. Mr. Taranto will retire from the position of Chief Executive Officer effective December 31, 2010, but will continue his responsibilities as the registrant’s Chairman of the Board of Directors.
In addition, the registrant announced the appointment of Ralph E. Jones, III to the position of Chief Executive Officer of the registrant, effective January 1, 2011. Mr. Jones is currently the President and Chief Operating Officer of the registrant and has been with the Company since September, 2008.
