On January 19, 2018, eMagin Corporation issued a press release announcing its preliminary revenues for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2017 and the backlog of open orders at December 31, 2017. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
