On July 29, 2016, Colleen Zuhl, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and W. Todd Woelfer, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, each received a discretionary cash bonus of Seventy Five Thousand Dollars ($75,000) in recognition of their efforts related to the previously disclosed Jayco, Corp. transaction. Both Ms. Zuhl’s and Mr. Woelfer’s annual base salaries, cash performance-based incentive awards, and equity performance-based incentive awards will remain the same and were disclosed in the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed on August 21, 2015.
