The former President and Chief Executive Officer of Manhattan Associates, Inc. (the “Company”), and current member of its Board of Directors, Peter F. Sinisgalli, has notified the Company that he does not intend to stand for reelection when his current term expires in May 2015. Mr. Sinisgalli’s decision is due to the time demands of his other business activities, including his recent acceptance of the CEO position with another software company.
