On March 5, 2015, Banc of California, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing 2014 fourth quarter and year-end financial results. The Company will host a conference call to discuss fourth quarter results at 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) on Friday, March 6, 2015. A live audio webcast will be available through the webcast link to be posted on the Company’s website under the Investors section in addition to a slide presentation for investor review prior to the call.
