On September 18, 2017, American Vanguard Corporation issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors had declared a cash dividend in the amount of one-and-one-half-cents ($0.015) per share to holders of issuer’s common stock on the record date of October 5, 2017 for distribution on October 19, 2017. That release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein in its entirety.
