On
January 14, 2019, Gary Gelbfish, M.D. resigned as a member of our
Board of Directors, effective immediately, due to other commitments
and necessities. His resignation was
not related to any disagreement with our company on any matter
relating to our operations, policies or
practices.
A
copy of the press release, dated January 16, 2019, reporting Dr.
Gelbfish’s resignation is attached as Exhibit 99.1
hereto.
