Item 5.02 – Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On May 22, 2013, the employment of Alan Panzer, Senior Vice President and General Manager—U.S. Sales of AngioDynamics, Inc. (the “Company”), with the Company was terminated, without cause, effective July 31, 2013. Pursuant to the terms of a Separation Agreement and General Release, Mr. Panzer will receive continuation of his current base salary and benefits from August 1, 2013 through February 28, 2014 in accordance with the Company’s customary payroll practices.
