Amendments to the Registrant's Code of Ethics, or Waiver of a Provision of the Code of Ethics. On September 2, 2005, Salisbury Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") filed a Form 8-K to report that the Board of Directors had adopted revisions to its Code of Ethics and Conflicts of Interest Policy (the "Code of Ethics"). In the Form 8-K, the Company also reported that on August 26, 2005 the Board of Directors reviewed certain outside employment activities of John F. Foley, the Company's Chief Financial Officer and principal accounting officer. On September 30, 2005, the Board approved, in accordance with the provisions of the revised Code of Ethics, Mr. Foley's outside employment activities as a local Fire Marshal and as Treasurer and Clerk of a local fire district.
