The Fund issued and redeemed Municipal Income Preferred Shares, Series Th as described in the Rule 23c-2 Notice of Intention to Redeem Securities filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 23, 2007. All Municipal Income Preferred Shares, Series Th were redeemed on May 25, 2007.
