On March 2, 2011, Michael Brauser tendered his resignation as a member of the Board of Directors of ChromaDex Corporation (the "Company"), effective immediately. Mr. Brauser resigned for personal reasons, and he did not have disagreements with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices prior to his resignation. The Company thanks Mr. Brauser for his service and guidance as a member of the Board of Directors.
