NOTIFICATION OF BOARD CHANGE
London, UK - 29 May 2007: Spirent Communications plc ("Spirent" or "the
Company") (LSE: SPT; NYSE: SPM), a leading communications technology company,
announces that Goran Ennerfelt stood down as a non-executive director with
effect from 24 May 2007.
Mr Ennerfelt joined the Spirent Board in December 2000 at the time of the
Company's acquisition of Hekimian Laboratories, Inc., and has served as a
non-executive director since that time.
Edward Bramson, Chairman of Spirent said:
