(the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company prevailed at trial in a non-practicing entity patent suit brought by Oasis Research LLC in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
