On May 15, 2018, Catherine M. Jackson, Senior Vice President and Controller (Principal Accounting Officer) of Radian Group Inc. (the “Company”) provided notice of her decision to retire from the Company, effective December 31, 2018. The Company intends to appoint Robert J. Quigley, currently serving as Senior Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis for the Company, to succeed Ms. Jackson as the Company’s Controller (Principal Accounting Officer), effective upon her retirement.
