On February 13, 2018, Insteel Industries, Inc. issued a News Release announcing that its board of directors had declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per share payable on March 30, 2018 to shareholders of record as of March 16, 2018. A copy of this release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
