Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 3, 2010, Oil States International, Inc. (the "Company"), issued a press release announcing that Oil States Industries, its wholly owned subsidiary, was awarded contracts valued at approximately $29 million for tendon mooring equipment for a tension leg platform located in the Campos Basin, offshore Brazil. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report on Form 8-K, and is incorporated herein by reference.
