(1) Shares acquired through year-end dividend reinvestment.
(2) Mr. Wadsworth acquired 288.40 dividend shares in the account he holds in his Corporation's name through Fidelity. Mr. Wadsworth acquired 11.94 dividend shares in the account he holds through DST Systems for a total of 300.34 total dividend shares received. Following this dividend distribution, Mr. Wadsworth now holds 6,214.40 shares in his Corporation's name and 257.31 shares through DST totaling $6,471.71 total shares.
