Item 8.01 Other Events.

In a press release issued on July 31, 2006, Community Bancorp announced that its President and Chief Executive Officer and Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer made a presentation on August 1, 2006 and August 2, 2006 at the Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc. Community Bank Conference. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. In addition, Community Bancorp is furnishing the slide presentation of August 1, 2006, which was utilized in this presentation to investors. The slide presentation is furnished (not filed) as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report.
