Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 30, 2013, Booz Allen Hamilton Holding Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results of operations for the quarter ended December 31, 2012. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
On January 30, 2013, the Company posted to the “Investor Relations” section of its website slides that accompany the earnings conference call. A copy of the slides is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
