Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 1, 2014, The Western Union Company (the “Company”) issued a press release relating to the Company’s earnings for the first quarter of fiscal year 2014 (the “Earnings Release”). A copy of the Earnings Release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
